Ken Wisian, Ph.D., Major General, US Air Force (retired), is former Associate State Geologist of Texas and a lecturer/researcher at the Bureau of Economic Geology and Department of Earth and Planetary Science, Jackson School of Geoscience, The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Wisian is a geophysicist with decades of work in geothermal energy and civil/military energy resiliency in the US and internationally.
